Tank Removal and Transom

Removing a tank in the 23 Mako is not a pretty job, you need to chip away at it like an archaeologist.

Like many boats this age the wood under the transom is waterlogged. For this project George will gut the transom skin off and neatly as he can.

The skin will be reused after new marine grad plywood is epoxied in place then re-glassed.
