I will be doing a fuel tank replacement on my own 1980 V20 Outrage. Is there a drain in the bottom of the coffin that will remove any water that gets in there?

Rebuilding a 1978 V-20 Whaler in the Virgin Islands and wondering where I could purchase a replacement fuel tank. Any leads are greatly appreciated.

No. There is no drain. It's an on going problem. I'm in the process of replacing my tanks on an Outrage 25. I had my new tanks ceramic coated by Florida Marine Tanks and then coated them myself with Coal Tar Epoxy. This should keep any moisture that gets in there away from the metal. Coal Tar Epoxy is pretty nasty stuff, but I worked with it at a ship yard in another life. It is impervious to water, fuel, and most chemicals. I rolled it on.
