Today was a busy day at Babylon Boat Works. Captain Al Lorenzetti installed the new starboard trim and the hanging rod holders below the gunwales. Then the center consoled was fastened on to the deck.

I HAVE A 1971 MAKO 23 TRANSOM IS FLAWLESS BUT DECK FORWORD AND SIDE NEED TO BE DEFOAMED TOOK TANK OUT FOR NEW TANK MEASURMENTS,FOR A COMPLETE HULL IN AND OUT NONSKID THE WORKS.CONSOLE REJELLCOAT,WANT TO DO IT RIGHT LIKE YOU DO . 1979 MakoWe are starting another complete restoration for Tony Daidone on another 1979 23 foot Mako. This boat is in very good shape and lived its entire old life on Lake Michigan. Having lived in only fresh water makes things a lot easier. There is no salt water corrosion of parts and the boat never had bottom paint on it. It is coming along real good and we will be posting lots of new photos of the work in progress very shortly. Archives
