Captain Al Lorenzettie is rigging the Radar Arch on the 1979 23 Mako.
Today Captain Al applied a quick coat of paint on the deck and added non skid. The video below is from the prior restoration of a 23 Mako. Al used the same technique.    Captain Al Lorenzetti wires the console of the 23 Mako.
    Captain Al is putting the console back together
The console is back from the painter. Next step is the rerigging
 Captain Al has fished the Great South Bay with his 23 Mako and over the years he has modified his rod holders configuration from the original factory configuration to best suit his needs. Because there is no t-T-Top more rod storage is available. Captain Al sanded the teak that would remain on the 23 Mako and started working on the Starboard.   |
