The form was built using a plywood with a smooth finish that will be waxed so the Seacast will not stick to it.

It seems like it never ends, I keep digging and digging water logged wood away. For SECAST to be successful you must remove as much as the rotten wood as possable.

This the view looking down into the transom. On the right this wood still needs to be removed and also the wood in the stringer so the Seacast can flow in between the fiberglass.
